To ensure that your wedding day is as stress free and enjoyable for everyone, please read our terms and conditions.
DEPOSITS.The initial deposit to reserve your date and time is applied toward your final cost. The deposit is non-refundable. However, if your plans change and you need to move your wedding date we will apply your deposit toward your new wedding date, or apply it toward Family Beach Photographs.
Flowers: Any flowers tossed on the ground by the flower girls must be real flowers.
This is by city or county ordinances. Bouquets and any flowers worn and not thrown on the ground can be artificial.
VIDEOGRAPHY. If your package does not includes video, an additional $100.00 is required for booking, it is non refundable. This deposit is applied toward your final cost. However, if you need to change your wedding date this deposit will be applied toward your new date and time, or toward Family Beach Photographs.
DJ SERVICE. If your package does not includes DJ Service an additional $100.00 is required for booking. It is non-refundable, and this deposit is applied toward your final cost. However, if you need to change your wedding date this deposit will be applied toward your new date and time, or toward Family Beach Photographs.
BALANCE. The balance for your Wedding Contract is due at least 7 days prior to your wedding date. Failure to pay the balance prior to the wedding date will void your contract.
CANCELLATION POLICY. Since we guarantee your wedding date and time, we must turn down other wedding parties who want the same time. All deposits are non-refundable. However, the money will be applied for a future date and time or toward Family Beach Photographs.
INCLEMENT WEATHER. In case of rain or high winds that prevent us from having your outdoor beach wedding, we will help you find an indoor location or we will reschedule your wedding for another day. This rarely occurs, but we will do everything in our power to ensure your Dream Wedding takes place and that you are happy with our services.
PENALTIES FOR LATENESS. If your wedding does not start at the time specified on your Wedding Contract, the following penalties will be applied:
The Wedding starts 30 minutes late. The Penalty is $200.00. All Penalty money must be paid before any Photography CD’s or Videography DVD’s can be released.
The Wedding is late by one hour or more. The Penalty is $400.00. If you are late by one hour or more we cannot guarantee that we will even be able to perform your Wedding day services as we may have to leave for another wedding. If you are one hour late and we must leave for another wedding all money paid is non-refundable. If we are still able to do your wedding, the Penalty fee must be paid in cash before any photography CD’s or Videography DVD’s can be released. The reason for this is all of our staff must be paid for the extra time that we have to spend waiting on you and your party.
WEDDING LICENSE. It is the Bride and Groom’s responsibility to obtain a South Carolina Marriage License. We cannot obtain this for you as this is a Legal Document. We will provide you with instructions on how to obtain your license, but you must obtain this document and it is your responsibility. You must present the license to the Wedding Officiant on the wedding day. The Wedding Officiant will witness you signing the license and will put his or her signature and seal on the document. One copy will go to the Bride and Groom and the other two copies will be mailed by the Wedding Officiant to the Courthouse for filing.
WEDDING DAY PLANNING FOR THE BRIDAL PARTY AND GUESTS.We allow one hour for your beach wedding, in addition to set-up time, to include wedding and post wedding photos (unless you have contracted for additional photography or videography time). We will provide detailed directions to the wedding site if it is not at the hotel or house rental where you are staying, and we will touch base with you the day of the wedding. PLEASE be sure all of your guests and bridal party have the specific directions and time. Do not rely of GPS DIRECTIONS, as we use specific beach access that allows ample parking and privacy on the beach. While it may seem that the distance is not far, please take into consideration that this is a tourist area and traffic can be difficult at times. Please allow ample time for travel. Our experience has been that it takes much longer than anticipated for the bride and bridal party to prepare (hair,dressing, etc.). PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR PREPARATION SO THAT YOUR WEDDING STARTS ON TIME. THIS WILL RELIEVE STRESS FOR EVERYONE.
The Studio takes utmost care with respect to the exposure, development and delivery of photographs. However, in the event the studio fails to comply with the terms of this contract, due to any event or act outside of the control of the studio, the studio’s liability is limited to a refund for that portion of services that is incomplete.
The studio reserves the right to use images of your event and/or reproductions for display, publication or other purposes.

Any wedding in the city of North Myrtle Beach there is an additional travel and permit charge of $150.00 (NO DISCOUNTS)
Any wedding south of Huntington Beach State Park there is an additional travel charge of $150 for wedding as far south as Pawleys Island. (NO DISCOUNTS)
If you bring your own Officiant for your wedding there is a $30.00 discount off any package.
There is a $30.00 discount for any package Monday through Thursday. (only one discount can be applied toward any package)
All weddings on the beach with decorations or chairs must take place within a few feet of an easy beach access. No Exceptions.
Terms & Conditions
Do I have to make a deposit to reserve a date?
Yes. We ask for an initial deposit to hold the date of the wedding along with the signed contract. The deposit goes towards your total amount and is non-refundable. However if for any reason you need to change your date, the deposit can be applied to another date or photography service, like family photography
What is your cancelation policy?
The deposit is non-refundable , however it can be used toward another date or Family Beach Portraits.. Any amount payed over the amount of the deposit is refundable. Or can be put towards another date or service.
How should I plan for my wedding day?

Please allow extra time for preperation so that your wedding starts on time. This will relieve stress for everyone.

Yes. (For reasons other then bad weather)

Do I have to get my own marriage license?
Yes. It is the Bride and Groom’s responsibility to obtain a South Carolina Marriage License. The marriage license can be obtained in any county in the state of South Carolina, and can be used for a marriage ceremony at any location in the state.
When does my wedding balance need to be paid in full?
Wedding Balance needs to be paid at least 7 days prior to the wedding date. Please call 843-650-7771
Additional Fees
During the hot summer months there is an additional $100 charge for weddings on the beach with decorations or chairs from 8 am to 5 pm. May 15 to September 15th. (This is not a good time for a wedding on the beach during this time of year)
For Sunrise weddings on the beach with decorations or chairs there is an additional charge of $100
Any wedding north of the city limits of Myrtle Beach to 47th Ave. South in the city of North Myrtle Beach there is an additional travel charge of $100
Any wedding north of 47th Ave South in the city of North Myrtle Beach there is an additional travel charge of $200
Any wedding south of Huntington Beach State Park there is an additional travel charge of $100
